Welcome to Charlotte’s Place. By accessing our website, booking a visit, purchasing a membership, or entering our facility, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. General Use of Facility

Charlotte’s Place is a family-focused indoor play space designed for children and their caregivers. All children must be actively supervised by a parent or legal guardian at all times. Charlotte’s Place staff are not responsible for child supervision.

We reserve the right to refuse service or remove guests who do not comply with safety rules, posted signage, or staff instructions.

 

2. Assumption of Risk

Play activities involve inherent risks. By entering Charlotte’s Place, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation, including injury, illness, or property loss, except where prohibited by Texas law.

 

3. Waivers

All children must have a completed and signed waiver on file prior to participating in play activities. Waivers are required for memberships, drop-in play, parties, and special events.

Waiver information, including a child’s first and last name, is collected and retained for legal, safety, and insurance purposes in accordance with Texas law.

 

4. Memberships

  • Memberships are non-transferable and valid only for the registered child(ren).

  • Membership benefits, hours, and access may vary and are subject to change.

  • Memberships may be suspended or revoked if Terms & Conditions or safety rules are violated.

  • Membership fees are non-refundable, except where required by Texas law.

 

5. Parties & Private Events

  • Party reservations require a signed agreement and payment.

  • Guest counts must be accurate at booking. Additional guests may incur extra fees.

  • Charlotte’s Place is not responsible for lost or damaged personal items.

  • Decorations, food, and setup are subject to posted party policies.

Party deposits and fees are non-refundable, subject to the posted Refund Policy.

 

6. Payments & Pricing

All pricing is subject to change without notice. Payments must be completed prior to participation. Charlotte’s Place is not responsible for pricing errors due to technical issues.

 

7. Refunds & Cancellations

Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference.

 

8. Illness & Health

For the safety of all guests:

  • Children who are visibly ill, have a fever, or show symptoms of contagious illness may not participate.

  • Charlotte’s Place reserves the right to deny entry based on health or safety concerns.

 

9. Photo & Video Policy

From time to time, Charlotte’s Place may take photos or videos for marketing or promotional purposes. If you do not consent, please notify staff in writing prior to participation.

 

10. Website Use

Website content is provided for informational purposes only. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of website materials is prohibited.

 

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Texas law, Charlotte’s Place shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the facility, website, or services.

 

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Charlotte’s Place, its owners, employees, and affiliates from any claims arising from your or your child’s participation, except where prohibited by Texas law.

 

13. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas.

 

14. Changes to Terms

Charlotte’s Place reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
