Refund & Cancellation Policy

Charlotte’s Place operates in accordance with Texas consumer protection laws. By booking a play session, party, membership, or event, you agree to the following terms:

General Policy

All sales are final. Charlotte’s Place does not offer cash or card refunds except where required by Texas law.

Play Sessions & General Admission

Play session purchases are non-refundable.
One reschedule or account credit may be offered if cancellation is made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled session.
Same-day cancellations and no-shows are not eligible for refunds or credits.

Birthday Parties & Private Events

A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your party date and time.
Deposits are non-refundable under Texas law due to staffing, scheduling, and preparation costs.
One date transfer may be permitted if requested at least 7 days prior to the event, subject to availability.
Cancellations within 7 days of the event are not eligible for refunds, credits, or rescheduling.
Final guest counts must be submitted at least 12 hours prior to the event. No refunds are issued for unused guest spots.

Memberships & Multi-Visit Packages

Memberships and packages are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Unused visits do not roll over beyond the stated membership period.
Membership fees are not refundable due to early termination or lack of use.

Illness, Emergencies & Weather

Credits or rescheduling due to illness, emergency, or severe weather may be offered at management’s discretion but are not guaranteed.
Texas weather closures (including power outages or unsafe conditions) will result in a credit or reschedule, not a refund.

Facility Closures

If Charlotte’s Place must close due to unforeseen circumstances, guests will receive a credit or rescheduled session. Refunds will only be issued if required by Texas law.

Chargebacks & Disputes

By completing a purchase, you agree not to initiate a chargeback for services rendered or reserved. Chargebacks that violate this policy may result in forfeiture of future booking privileges.

Acknowledgment

This policy is clearly posted and disclosed prior to purchase in compliance with Texas law. Completion of a booking constitutes acceptance of these terms.
